Tasting notes: Intense notes of black cherries and pomegranates and delightful hints of wild blackberries. On the palate, the wine is elegant and balanced, with intense notes of black cherries and mulberries and light balsamic hints.
About the winery: It all began in 1880, when the notary Paolo Pellegrino, a passionate winegrower, founded the winery destined to become one of the most important in Sicily. Since then, the family manages the vineyard from the vine to the cellars with the same respect, love, and commitment. The family chose to have an organic and sustainable orientation that made them become a real example of sensitive entrepreneurship for the safeguarding and protection of the environment.
