Tasting notes: "(...) 2013 Côte Rôtie But de Mont, a charming, medium-bodied, elegant beauty that comes from the southern end of the appellation. Dried flowers, black cherries, raspberries and spice all emerge from the glass, and it’s already impossible to resist." - Wine Advocate
About the winery: It was in 1997 that Stephane Ogier joined the family estate, rooted for seven generations on the hillsides of Ampuis. After studying viticulture and oenology in Beaune, Stephane left home to work with some of the best winemakers in Burgundy and abroad. By taking over from his father Michel, he chooses to do specific work on his different terroirs to reveal the uniqueness of these places full of history.
