Fee Brothers Plum is a product of Fee Brothers company, established in 1863 in New York. Fee Brothers survived prohibition by using glycerin as an alternative to alcohol. Fee Brothers Plum is a modern bitters with notes of red licorice, cinchona bark and spiced plum. Use in Christmas or autumn cocktails. Pairs particularly well with cognac and other brandies, such as in a Sidecar or Brandy Crusta Cocktail.
