Domaine Hauvette is located in Saint-Remy de Provence. The owner, Dominique Hauvette, offers wines with a strong personality. She works her vines in organic farming to bottle wines as close as possible to this magnificent terroir. Since 2003, Dominique has implemented a method of biodynamic cultivation and cultivates his vines on very low yields. She was elected winegrower of the year by the Revue du Vin de France in January 2020.
