Tasting notes: The nose has an intense aroma of jasmine and lavender, with hints of green apples and citrons. In the palate, it is dry and fresh, with a long lingering taste of citrus fruit, yellow peaches, and green apples.
About the winery: It all began in 1880, when the notary Paolo Pellegrino, a passionate winegrower, founded the winery destined to become one of the most important in Sicily. Since then, the family manages the vineyard from the vine to the cellars with the same respect, love, and commitment. The family chose to have an organic and sustainable orientation that made them become a real example of sensitive entrepreneurship for the safeguarding and protection of the environment.
