About the winery: Recognized as one of the rising figures of the new generation of Burgundian winegrowers, Cecile Tremblay has been working since 2003 on the 4 hectares of vines she inherited. She converted it on to organic farming and biodynamics.
Her farm, although small in size, has plots ideally located in Vosne-Romanée, Morey Saint-Denis, Chambolle-Musigny, and Gevrey-Chambertin. The harvest is manual on the whole estate, the vinification takes place in wooden vats, then the wines are aged in barrels for 15 to 18 months.
