Cocchi Barrolo Chinato is made by the House of Cocchi, established in 1891 by pastry chef Giulio Cocchi. A base of Barrolo wine is infused with botanicals to create an aromatized wine that is smooth in body and woody on the palate. The signature flavor of the Barolo Chinato is cinchona bark. Use to give spirituous cocktails extra depth. Pair with chocolate, garnished with an orange peel.
