Tasting notes: "Notes of cherries, berries and licorice preface the 2019 Bourgogne Les Foultières, a medium-bodied, velvety wine that's fleshy and concentrated, with powdery tannins and a sapid finish. It's produced from a parcel of vines planted in 1946." - William Kelley, Wine Advocate
About the winery:
Born of a desire for independence and freedom, Fiona Leroy created her Domaine in 2017. This 2.70 hectares domain, which is perched on the hill of the attractive and secret Burgundy village called Dezize-Les-Maranges, results from unexpected encounters, hard work and lucky star. Certified organic, Fiona is committed to preserving fauna and flora diversity in the parcels. Therefore, she only uses biodynamic preparations (horn manure, silica) and works in tune with the moon's phases and the planet.
