Tasting notes : The aroma exults white flowers
and nuts. On the palate, the minerality is deep with flavours of honey and
refined, elegant wine produced by an emblematic Burgundy personality.
About the winery : The Domaine Michel Picard is a family estate of 35 hectares, which also owns four estates in Burgundy. The family owns the Château de Chassagne - Montrachet, a beautiful burgundy castle with cellars dating back to the 11th and 14th centuries. Spurred on by Francine Picard in 1951, the vineyard is grown biodynamicaly (organic) since 2010.
