Tasting notes: The aroma exults white flowers
and nuts. On the palate, the minerality is deep with flavours of honey and
white fruits. A
refined, elegant wine produced by an emblematic Burgundy personality.
About the winery: The Domaine Michel Picard is a family estate of 35 hectares, which also owns four estates in Burgundy. The family owns the Chateau de Chassagne - Montrachet, a beautiful burgundy castle with cellars dating back to the 11th and 14th centuries. Spurred on by Francine Picard in 1951, the vineyard is grown biodynamicaly (organic) since 2010.
