Luxardo Sangue Morlacco is produced by the Luxardo family distillery, which was founded in 1821. Renamed ‘Sangue Morlacco’ in the early 1900's by war hero and poet Gabriele D’Annunzio. Made from marasca cherries from the family’s orchards, which are the largest in Europe. Cherry juice is fermented into wine, then fortified with cherry brandy and sweetened to produce a tart and bold liqueur. Exquisite in a Singapore Sling.
