Mancino Chinato Vermouth is a creation of Giancarlo Mancino. Chinato starts as a mixture of Secco, Bianco and Rosso Mancino vermouths. Barbera D.O.C.G wine soaked with quinine and cassia is then added to the mixture of vermouths.
