Tasting notes: This Champagne is rich and mineral on the nose, with intense citrusy nuances and notes of bread crust. On the palate, it's full-bodied, complex and mineral, with juicy and fruity aromas.
About the winery: Located in Ambonnay, in the heart of the Montagne de Reims, Domaine Marguet is one of the most atypical of Champagne, managed now by Benoit Marguet. The planet is at the heart of his wine reflection. Its flagship Cuvee, called "Shaman", expresses his need to reconnect with nature. Horses plough the soils, the vines farmed using Biodynamics and aromatherapy, and wines made with indigenous yeasts.
