Tasting notes: It is a powerful and serious wine. It gives an impression of concentration and frequent spicy notes make it aptly named. It is faithful to the Vosne terroir: its strength does not translate into aggressive elements, on the contrary, it is a very balanced wine, with a "sparkling" and complex finish.
About the winery:
At the origin of this Domaine is the deputy of the Cote-d'Or in Burgundy, Etienne Camuzet, who sat at the Palais Bourbon from 1902 to 1932 and enlarged his Domaine by purchasing high-quality plots. He was also the last owner of the famous castle inside the Clos de Vougeot. Since 1989, Jean Meo has been at the head of the vineyard. Located in Vosne-Romanee, it covers 17.2 hectares.
