More perk here, good lemony kick sets the town - some mashed peach and some yellow grapefruit - some pineapple essence too. Lovely and fresh with clean, long lines. Juicily, mouth-wateringly acid. Good

THE STORY: Since the death of Stéphane Moreau at the end of August 2016, his wife Virginie has taken over the estate and is committed to pursuing the orientations chosen so far. With careful work in the vineyard, long farms and light filtrations, the Chablis of the estate assert themselves in their character, with depth and salinity. The estate has now settled on long farms that neither weigh down nor aromatize the local Chardonnay, here harvested just ripe. Chablis tasty, never demonstrative but perfectly digestible, which age very well. This field of reference deserves to accede this year to the second star, just reward of a considerable work.
