THE STORY: A chemist and oenologist who began bottling from her family’s eight acres in 2009 are from the Cotes des Bar in the southern part of Champagne. In 1993, Nathalie Falmet took over the family vineyard and became a grape grower in ROUVRES LES VIGNES in the COTE DES BAR where she makes her wines. Her 3.2 hectares of vines are comprised of 2.4 hectares of Chardonnay, 0.6 hectares of Pinot Meunier and 0.5 hectares of Pinot Noir. She seeks balance, power, delicacy and terroir definition in her wines.
