Tasting notes: "Cedary lime and green fruits plus all that benchmark Chablis dusty/stony character. Intense citrus fruit, severe in its freshness but balanced by the fruit depth here. Creamy aftertaste." - Jancis Robinson
About the winery:
After working closely with his family at Domaine Daniel Dampt, Sebastien Dampt created his own domain in 2007, Domaine Sebastien Dampt, which is situated in the village of Milly to the west of Chablis. In 2013, he bought a concrete egg to vinify a new 1er Cru in his range. This system is used to obtain more fatness on the wines and to make a micro-oxygenation as a barrel (without oaky aromas).
