Tasting notes: To the nose emerge notes of citrus and white pulp fruit, which gradually give way to characteristics and typical mineral nuances. On the palate, it has a light, soft body, characterized by a lively sip coming from an excellent acidity.
About the winery:
After working closely with his family at Domaine Daniel Dampt, Sebastien Dampt created his own domain in 2007, Domaine Sebastien Dampt, which is situated in the village of Milly to the west of Chablis. In 2013, he bought a concrete egg to vinify a new 1er Cru in his range. This system is used to obtain more fatness on the wines and to make a micro-oxygenation as a barrel (without oaky aromas).
