Tasting notes: Aromas of liquorice and dark fruits with a hint of all-spice. The palate is full flavoured and rich yet restrained with a hint of dark chocolate, blackberries and spice. A great length with fine persistent tannins.
About the winery: Domaine Terlato & Chapoutier is a collaboration between legendary French winegrower, Michel Chapoutier and wine industry icon, Anthony Terlato. The domain is located in the Great Western Victoria’s Pyrenees on clay- and gravel-intensive soil. Contours made up of hills planted with Syrah and Viognier.
