About the winery:
Domaine La Bergerie de l'Arcade is a small six-hectare estate located in Pouzols, in Languedoc, run by brothers Pascal and Gilles Soulas, who come from a family of fruit farmers. Mentored by the late Laurent Vaillé of La Grange des Peres, they released their first vintage in 2016 and have since developed their own refined style, grounded in reasoned viticulture and meticulous, hands-on winemaking. Their red blend of Syrah, Grenache, and Mourvedre is fully destemmed and aged for 12 months in oak barrels followed by 10 months in vats, resulting in elegant, haute couture wines.
