Tasting notes: "The 2019 Gevrey-Chambertin Les Seuvrées is raised in used barrels with 20% whole bunches. Blackberry and briary on the nose, laced with a touch of seawater. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins, a fine bead of acidity, fresh and vibrant with a slightly chalky textured finish.
