About the winery:
La Borderie is a very young estate, created in 2013 by Simon and Marie Normand. Brother and sister, they took over the family estate which spreads out over 11-hectares near Bar Sur Seine. Their wish is to elaborate cuvées by plot, based on a meticulous selection, while concentrating on the maturity of the grapes, and respecting the grape varieties typical to their terroir: Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Particular attention is also paid to the preservation of biodiversity and landscapes: the estate, already classified as "High Environmental Value" since 2013, was the first certified "Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne" in September 2014.
