Wine Region: Burgundy - France
Grape: Pinot Noir
Tasting Notes: "The 2020 Charmes-Chambertin Grand Cru matured in around 90% new oak, has a quite an opulent bouquet with blueberry, crushed violet and light marine aromas, though the oak comes through quite heavily at the moment. The palate is medium-bodied with grainy tannins, quite pure with fine acidity, good energy with a sorbet-like finish." - Neal Martin, Vinous
