Grape: Viognier
Tasting notes: The colour is a pale yellow colour with green tints, limpid. The wine has floral (acacia, honeysuckle, linden tree), fruit (plum, pear), and light smoky notes. On the palate, the attack is fresh and well-balanced, with mineral and salty notes with an aromatic and quiet tight final.
