This wine marks by its depth, the breadth of its substance and the finesse of its structure. Generous in its youth, it takes on the perfect expression of taffeta wine over the years and decades.

About the winery:
The Combier estate is located in the south of Tain l'Hermitage. Its 30 hectares of vines are found on the AOC Crozes-Hermitage and Saint-Joseph, in the town of Pont-de-l'Isere. Since 1970, the Combier family has cultivated their land organically. Today, it is Laurent Combier who makes the family estate prosper. A vineyard that continues to produce top-quality wines.

Clos des Grives has become one of the benchmarks among the great wines of the North of the Rhone Valley. As with haute-couture, little hands are daily busy to produce an absolutely unique Cuvee. Requiring time, it always benefits from an additional year of ageing in the bottle.
