About the Winery:Located in the heart of the former convent of Gevrey-Chambertin, the Domaine du Couvent presents itself as a family property, managed by Philippe Chéron, accompanied by his two sons, Paul and Hugo. With its 10.5 hectares of vineyard located on the prestigious terroirs of the Côte de Nuits, the Domaine offers a real mosaic of plots. Spread mainly over the communes of Gevrey-Chambertin, Chambolle-Musigny, and Vougeot, but also in Vosne-Romanée, Nuits-Saint-Georges and Marsannay-la-Côte, these exceptional lands reveal all the richness of Pinot Noir.
