About the Winery:Domaine Georges Mugneret-Gibourg is a French producer of high-quality Pinot Noir located in the Côte de Nuits, best known for wines made from the most sought-after vineyards in Burgundy.

The domaine was created in 1933 after the marriage of André Mugneret to Jeanne Gibourg of the established Vosne-Romanée Gibourg family. Their son, Georges Mugneret, an ophthalmologist, extended his family's vineyard holdings by buying small plots of land in the 1950s. He began bottling these wines with his own label, Dr Georges Mugneret. The two domaines came together in 2009 under the name of Domaine Georges Mugneret-Gibourg.
