About the winery:
Lara Rocchetti and Luisa Sala met in 2010 while studying at Pollentia’s Gastronomic Science University. Neither’s family had any prior viticultural experience, but they found themselves drawn to both the vine and to making wine. A chance encounter led them to a job at the Domain Trediberri. After working in Burgundy for two years, Lara and Luisa decided to create their domain in 2019: Lalu.
