About the Winery:
For four generations, the Groffier family has played a central role in Domaine Peirazeau. Laurent Peirazeau and partner Sophie Charlopin now manage the vineyard, expanding production under the label "Gerard Peirazeau & Fils." Their 3.65-hectare vineyard spans three villages and produces 13 appellations, including prestigious Grand Crus. Focusing on high-quality grapes, they employ minimal-intervention techniques in the cellar, emphasizing purity, texture, and balance in their wines. Sophie and Laurent, modest and passionate, are a remarkable duo in the Côte de Nuits.
