About the winery:
Chateau Grand Corbin is a Grand Cru Classe wine producer located on the northwestern part of the Saint-Emilion plateau. The estate was established in 1852 and produces a grand vin from Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon, and a second wine labelled "Les Charmes de Grand Corbin" from the same grape varieties. In 2012, the group's adjacent estate, Chateau Haut Corbin, was awarded classed-growth status and the two Corbin estates were combined under one label.
