About the Winery:Domaine Jacques Carillon is a wine producer based in the village of Puligny-Montrachet, in Burgundy's Côte de Beaune subregion, producing a range of wines from local and neighboring vineyards, predominantly from the local mainstay: Chardonnay.
The estate has a winemaking history going back to Jehan Carillon who was producing wines in the region in 1520 of whom current owner Jacques Carillon is a descendant. The current vineyard holdings cover five hectares (12.5 acres), predominantly in Puligny.
