Tasting Notes: Lemon yellow with golden reflections, dense. Complex, intense nose, mineral touches accompanied by red apple and aromatic herbs, and subtle cinnamon, all with a background reminiscent of quince, an elegant evolution. In the mouth, it is a wine with nerve, with volume. It is unctuous, and the medium and persistent acidity gives it expressiveness. In the aftertaste, it brings back the memory of the aromatic herbs and the red apple, asking for a second drink to show the character.
