Tastings Notes: Lyséras 2019 presents a lemon yellow color with golden reflections. Charming, the nose reveals aromas of very ripe yellow fruits, juicy peach, citrus zest and beautiful honeyed notes. Tender, the mouth presents a nice roundness and a refreshing minerality. Sour finish!
About the Winery: At the origin of this cuvée, a selection of vines from Marsanne and Roussanne on the hillsides in the commune of Chavanay. Exposed South, South-East these last are rooted on a soil of sand and granite. The grapes are harvested manually and in the cellar, the selection of berries is meticulously carried out. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentations in barrels, with natural yeasts. The juices are aged for 9 months on the lees in barrels.
