About the winery:
Established four generations ago in Cerseuil, a small village on the southern slopes of the valley, the house managed by Jerome Dehours has diversified vintages and styles, from a very fragmented vineyard on both banks of the Marne. Its champagnes of character, mainly built around the miller, offer a balance of tasty juice while playing on the wire of a fine oxidation managed from winemaking in old barrels. The assemblages of the years are particularly well-conducted and the parcel Cuvees reveal a very beautiful definition. Since 1996, Jerome Dehours has given life back to his beautiful 14-hectare estate in the Marne Valley in Champagne. Inspired by the great Anselme Selosse, Jerome started with organically - grown vineyards by way of expressing each of the magnificent terroirs he has at hand. The Domaine predominantly produces Pinot Meunier, a varietal best suited to this cooler area of Champagne, but also Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
