Wine Region: Champagne - France
Grape: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay
Tasting Notes: The nose is pure delicacy: vanilla, brioche, hot bread, praline, but also lemon, zest or candied. The palate is fresh and slender, very fleshy and tasty, typical of this year. We find lemon and bergamot, zest and toast, which support the tone with a nice tension. The long finish is rather chocolatey.
Stenope is an exemplary blend of generosity, maturity and freshness: the faithful portrait of this vintage "blessed by the gods" ...
About the winery :
It all began with a meeting between Champagne and the Rhone Valley, around shared values of open-mindedness and respect for terroir. This encounter gave birth to a daring idea of creating a Champagne that is both rare and full of character: one that would portray the most trustworthy image of a single and unique year. This visions-capturing the very best portrait of a season - is the inspiration behind the name Stenope.
