Tasting notes: This wine offers a good ruby colour. On the nose, we find aromas of red fruits mixed with spices. In the mouth, we also find a nice salty and mineral part.

About the winery:
Jean-Marc Bouley creates his domain in 1974 to which he will add, ten years later, his father's one. With his son, Thomas, they combine traditional methods and modern technology to produce concentrated wines, with good fruit, elegance and roundness. From 2012, Thomas runs the vineyard and intends to place his wines among the best of Volnay.
