About the winery: Domaine Joblot is under the Cote-Chalonnaise appellation in Givry, in Burgundy. Charles Joblot the founder of Domaine and father of Jean-Marc and Vincent is also the origin of the AOC Givry. The 14 hectares vineyard is mainly planted with Pinot Noir for red wines and Chardonnay for White wines. The grapes are vinified with the least possible intervention, which gives a rare freshness. Since 2010, Juliette Joblot, Jean-Marc's daughter, manages the Domaine.
