Tasting Notes: Cherry red with a purple rim, lively. On the nose, it shows intensity; the floral memory of violets stands out, also lavender and other aromatic herbs, scrubland. All this is accompanied by a hint of black fruit and subtle cocoa. In the mouth, it is intense and sweet, with a polished tannin that accompanies and provides structure. Good persistence that brings back the memory of black fruit and violets with a subtle touch of bitterness that gives it character.
