About the Winery: Founded in 2000 by Daniel Vollweider from Graubünden (Switzerland) - with little more than one hectare of vines in the Wolfer Goldgrube, almost no equity, but a lot of courage and enthusiasm. since 2019, the management has been shared equally with daniel Vollweider and moritz hoffmann. after daniel's death in summer 2022, moritz will continue to run the winery alone.
